After the initial process all recruits are afforded training under the careful supervision of the Training Manager, as a continuous process. Apart from the initial training at the company Training School, they are also provided “On the Job Training” and the performance including their aptitude for security duties, alertness turn out and bearing are carefully monitored and evaluated “Phased out” training is systematically arranged by refresher training maintaining a fully trained security cadre at all times.
