The Uniforms worn by the security personnel conform to the stipulation set out by the Ministry of Defence. We ensure that the uniforms worn are clean and well pressed at all times, as we consider bearing and appearance of security staff is very essential. This is ensured by regular checking on the “Turn out” and “Bearing” of the staff.
 
Junior Security Officer (JSO)  
Able to read and write in Sinhala language with a minimum height of 5’4’’ and should posses a good physique. Should have passed at least 8th standard. Age between 20 – 50 years.
 
Lady Security Officer (LSO)  
Able to read and write in Sinhala language. Should have passed at least up to GCE (O/L). Age between 25 – 50 years.
   
Officer in Charge (OIC)  
Fluent in English and thorough knowledge in security duties with leadership, command and control skills. Age between 30 – 50 years.
 
Senior Security Officer (SSO)  
Experience in security trade and should have passed GCE (O/L).Fair knowledge of English language. Age between 25 – 50 years. Good physique with a minimum height of 5’4’’.
 
Special Task Group Officers (STGO)
Ex – serviceman with a minimum height of 5’4’’ with a good physique. Age between 25 – 50 years. Experience in the use of Fire Arms. Must have a discharge certificate from the Service.
