The Uniforms worn by the security personnel conform to the stipulation set out by the Ministry of Defence. We ensure that the uniforms worn are clean and well pressed at all times, as we consider bearing and appearance of security staff is very essential. This is ensured by regular checking on the "Turn out" and "Bearing" of the staff.

Junior Security Officer (JSO) Lady Security Officer (LSO)

Having basic oral and written skills in Sinhala language. In addition;

  • Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka
  • Minimum height 5’4”
  • Age between 20 – 50 years
  • Good physique

  • Age between 20 – 50 years

Officer in Charge (OIC) Senior Security Officer (SSO)

Fluent in oral and written skills in Sinhala. In addition

  • Should be a citizen of sri lanka
  • Poses working knowledge in English
  • Having thorough knowledge in security duties.
  • Decent orientation on HSE
  • Age limit between 30 – 50 years
  • Healthy physique
  • Operational team leaders having operational level people managing skills, command and control skills.

Having oral and written skills in Sinhala language. In addition;

  • Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka
  • Can manage English language
  • Minimum height 5’4”
  • Age between 25- 50 years
  • Good physique

 
       
Special Task Group Officer (STGO) Visiting Officer (VO)

Having oral and written skills in Sinhala language. In addition;

  • Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka
  • Security cleared Ex serviceman
  • Minimum height 5’6”
  • Age between 25- 50 years
  • Good physique
  • Experience in handling fire arms

Visiting officer is junior operational executive who has oral and written skills in both Sinhala and English languages.  They are heavily mobile and in addition;

  • Are citizens of sri lanka
  • Poses  physical security risk estimation skills
  • Efficient and effective leaders who handle number of individual complex standalone unique operations in allotted area 
  • Responsible for maintaining desired operational quality and service levels requirements of individual units
  • Trained on meeting tight deadlines
  • An efficient administer
  • Capable in launching best alternative for any operational unforeseen
